Per te la scheda repertorio da stampare, compilare ed invitare a R.A.S.I.<\/p>\n\n<p>La durata del diritto economico di riutilizzazione \u00e8 di 70 anni per l\u2019opera musicale e di 50 anni per l\u2019opera audiovisiva.<br \/>La liberalizzazione, oltre a moltiplicare gli istituti di gestione dei diritti italiani, ha consentito anche l\u2019ingresso di istituti esteri che operano nel nostro paese.<br \/>\u00c8 assolutamente necessario che il produttore compili le schede repertorio e mantenga un suo archivio contenente tutte le opere interpretate, poich\u00e9 considerando il lungo periodo di tutela, il proliferare delle fonti di utilizzazione (TV terrestre, digitale, satellitare e multimediale) e degli istituti di gestione dei diritti, l\u2019unica fonte dati certa proviene dal produttore stesso. \u00a0<br \/>Dopo l\u2019invio del mandato \u00e8 necessario che l\u2019artista trasmetta a Rete Artisti Spettacolo per l\u2019Innovazione la propria scheda inserendo tutte le opere interpretate fino a quel giorno.
