e di intermediazione dei diritti connessi al diritto d&#8217;autore di cui alla legge 633 del 1941, \u00e8 stata inserita nell&#8217;elenco della Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri fino all&#8217;abrogazione del Dpcm del 19 dicembre 2012 ed attualmente \u00e8 nell&#8217;elenco dell&#8217;Agcom di cui al D.l. 35 del 15 marzo 2017, che contiene gli organismi preposti per legge ad incassare e ripartire i diritti connessi agli artisti.<\/p><p>Rete Artisti Spettacolo per l&#8217;Innovazione, trattenendo solo una commissione del 10% sui diritti effettivamente incassati dagli artisti:<\/p><ul><li>Negozia e conclude \u00a0accordi con gli utilizzatori (tv, radio ecc.) per il versamento dei compensi spettanti agli artisti per i diritti connessi;<\/li><li>Incassa tali compensi riferiti alle esecuzioni e interpretazioni trasmesse in Italia e all&#8217;estero;<\/li><li>Ripartisce i compensi tra gli artisti interpreti esecutori aventi diritto;<\/li><li>Ricerca e conserva il repertorio di ciascun artista in un apposito archivio on line accessibile dall&#8217;interessato con login e password
